There are many resources available to those looking for jobs. Your local and national newspaper will advertise vacancies that may be relevant to you, for instance. Or you may wish to register with recruitment agencies, but be aware that most take a commission, although not from you directly.

Nowadays, the Internet is increasingly used as job-hunting tool. Either specialist websites where you can search for jobs in the sector you are interested in, or, if you have a particular company in mind, find their website by using a search engine such as Google, and go directly to their website where you can apply online for any vacancies advertised there.
