What support do you offer?

Your first point of contact for support and guidance is your NCC Education centre. For services relating to: Certificate reprints, results transcripts reprints and Campus log-in details please contact our Customer Services Department based in the UK that are on hand to offer support and to answer any of your questions, by telephone, email (

What is Campus?

Campus is NCC Education's online Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), specifically designed for NCC Education students.  Campus is available to students studying a qualification for which their centre has been granted Accredited Partner status. To find out if you are eligible to access Campus, please speak to your NCC Education centre.


Campus provides:

  • Study advice
  • Detailed study materials and information
  • Student guidance

For those student’s studying one of our online degree qualifications, Campus is also used to deliver all of your qualification materials in the form of video lectures, tutorials, discussion forums and online chat sessions, which allow you interact with your lecturers and Module Leaders as well as getting to know your fellow students and classmates.

I have not received my log in details, what should I do?

Once you have been registered by your centre, NCC Education automatically issues your log in details and they are sent to you via email. Sometimes emails can get filtered as junk email by internet providers by mistake so it is always a good idea to check your junk folder first. However, if you still have not received your log in details please email the Customer Services team (, let us know your full name and NCC Education ID number and we can resend the information to you.

I have forgotten my password, can I reset it?

Yes, all you need to do is visit the Campus log in page ( and click on the ‘Forgotten Username or Password’ link. From there just follow the instructions and you will receive new log in details directly to your email address.

Remember, these details will be sent to which ever email address you registered with, if you have changed your email address and have not updated this information on Campus you will need to contact Customer Services directly ( so we can send and update your details manually.
