NCC Education are delighted to announce our new partnership with UK based customer relationship management specialist, ProTech.
We are working together on the deployment of an integrated web and CRM platform to replace our current centre portal Connect.
ProTech’s CRM platform will be a key element in NCC Education’s overall business strategy to implement an integrated awarding body management system and CRM solution.
The objective is for the CRM solution to support the operational management and delivery of NCC Education’s core teaching and assessment materials. The platform will deliver an enhanced web based communications channel for our customer and employee users, whilst also enabling a direct relationship with learners.
The Centre Portal will enable NCC Education’s Accredited Partner Centres to perform additional online activities including: registering students and their individual profile, registering students onto their specific qualification journeys, scheduling exams, conducting online exam assessments, receiving qualification results, monitoring and tracking students’ progress throughout their learning journey and to being able to download and view key resources.
