NCC Education are pleased to announce a new partnership with the Cambridge Education Group (CEG), offering students progression routes at several universities across the UK and US.
NCC Education students who have completed an International Foundation Diploma (IFD) can now sign up to study an International Year 1 course at CEG’s partner universities. The International Year 1 university courses are designed for international students to be an introduction into an undergraduate degree and guarantee entry to the 2nd year for a range of Bachelor degrees.
Classes are smaller to create a more cohesive learning environment and students will receive additional support with English and academic skills during their first year of study, to help them assimilate with the rest of the students when they join the second year.
NCC Education are delighted to have attained this opportunity for their alumni. Janette Lister, their Partnerships Manager said “We are really excited about partnering with the Cambridge Education Group. It will offer our students the opportunity for guaranteed progression in a plethora of subject areas including Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering, Business and even entry into year one of Medicine!”
Similarly, Aaron Mitich from the Cambridge Education Group commented: “Cambridge Education Group (CEG) is pleased to partner with NCC Education to provide students with exceptionally high-quality teaching, in an environment where students are free to develop their potential both academically and personally.
CEG offers NCC Education students high quality pathway programmes with some of the world’s leading universities in the UK and USA. Our proven track record of academic success opens up a broad range of opportunities for all NCC Education students.
Whatever students aspire to, whichever career, opportunity or livelihood they choose, CEG and NCC Education will ensure all are well prepared for their journey – students are central to everything that we do.”
For students unable to make the start of the 2017 semester, some of the CEG partnered UK universities now allow later starting dates (30th October). This ensures that students won’t have to miss a term and can therefore stay ahead with their studies.
The individual academic and IELTS entry requirements for each university can be found here.
