Matthew White, Academic Development Manager says, “We are delighted to be joining the COBIS community and we look forward to collaborating with member schools to deliver high-quality computer science education to their students.
NCC Education’s experience in educating students in computer science stretches back to the 1960s and our Digi computer science programmes for schools deliver the English National Curriculum in a fun and engaging way whilst preparing students with the essential computing skills that they will need in a fast-changing world.
Digital literacy, computational thinking, coding and online safety – these are the pillars underpinning the English national curriculum for computer science and which all students need to acquire to be successful in their future careers”.
Jamie Ralph, Communications Officer at COBIS, said: “We are delighted to welcome NCC Education as a valued Supporting Member of COBIS. Their qualifications, which are recognised globally, will be of interest to our member schools, which deliver British education internationally.
We’re looking forward to supporting NCC Education’s international schools strategy by sharing the good word about what they offer with our British schools in 80 countries worldwide”.
