Here at NCC Education we know how much time and effort our
students put in to their examinations and assignments. Our
student award scheme recognises their achievements. All students
who gain 70% or more in their assessments are eligible to receive a
Roll of Honour certificate. We award
Global High Achievers, students receiving the
highest mark for their studied programme in the world, with a
plaque and a gift. Regional High Achievers will
receive a certificate and a gift. We feel it is important to
congratulate students for gaining such outstanding results.

Zhou Yinxue
Zhou gained Global High Achiever whilst studying IADB at Jiujiang University – where “the lecturers and professors are all highly qualified.” She had already completed IFY, IDB and IADB. She knew that by completing the NCC Education business pathway that she would be able to complete a British degree and Master’s. “NCC Education brings high-qualified British education to me, and the qualification is widely recognised. I have a chance to study the latest business programmes in my home country.”
Zhou hopefully plans to complete her degree and Master’s in the United Kingdom. Upon completion of her studies Zhou hopes to work for an international company and apply what has been learned in her studies to help her move up the career ladder. Her ultimate goal is to be a successful financial manager for a large International company.
“It was such a great honour to be named as a Global High Achiever. I really appreciate the chance of sharing global programmes with so many students around the world” Zhou worked hard to become a high achiever and says “remember to maintain positive and optimistic towards study. Never lose faith and keep on learning hard.”
Natabar Sahu
With Natabar’s vast work experience and previous qualifications, he decided he wanted to enhance these and study the NCC Education PGd SBIT programme at IIT, Tanzania. His main study ambition is to gain a Master’s so after much research he knew that the Pgd SBIT would provide him with the perfect stepping stone to achieve this. “NCC Education has provided me with an opportunity to achieve a truly international qualification, working people like me can study further to enhance my academic career. The PGd course has a uniquely designed syllabus; this has helped me in my profession to think strategically.”
Natabar currently works for Benson Informatics Ltd, as Head of Unit (ISP). His job is extremely varied and challenging, his daily activities include system planning, designing and implementation of VSAT/optic/wireless networks and network capacity management. Natabar took time out of studying to start a family, so the flexible study option worked well for him: “I have enjoyed all classroom lectures at IIT, the weekend schedule for tuitions were very helpful. All the staff at IIT are very helpful and supportive for any kind of student problems. The most memorable thing was out graduation day.”
“Success definitely is the result of hard work. You should always develop a plan of action and keep motivated yourself. Be confident and take guidance and seek advice from a tutor whenever possible” – this is Natabar’s advice on how to become a Global High Achiever.
Neha Nandlal Chhabria
Prior to studying her NCC Education Pgd SBIT, Neha completed her Bsc(Hons) Computer Science with First Class honours at Coventry University, England. Neha was even awarded with the ‘Top Student Award for 2006’, featured in The Straits Times, Singapore. Her hard work and dedication has obviously paid off, as Neha was also awarded as a Regional High Achiever with NCC Education.
She chose to study an NCC Education qualification as she “liked the course structure, topics and short timeline. A course from the UK is well recognised in Singapore and it helps in the advancement of my career.” Currently Neha is Head of Marketing for SAP for the Asia Pacific region. Following this Neha would like to manage her own company.
Neha studied at Raffles, Singapore and “was impressed with the teacher’s dedication towards all students.”
Melvin Saliba
Melvin studied IADCS part-time, whilst working as a Systems Administrator for Playmobil, Malta. An NCC Education qualification allowed Melvin to “work with a well established company in Malta with responsibilities that are fully related to IT.” Melvin has been very happy with his course choice “I think that the programme was very well balanced especially for me working part-time, with good time-table planning. The modules that I followed were very interesting especially the internet and web modules.”
Melvin received a Global High Achiever award after much hard work and dedication, the support from the staff at STC exceeded his expectations, and he was able to access facilities over the weekend if necessary. Melvin feels that the “qualifications are well recognised by local employers and local organisations. Practically all part-time students that are following the NCC Education programme work with well established companies in Malta such as SGS Thompson and GFI to mention a few.”
Joel Odartey Wellington
Joel was awarded with a high achiever certificate for IDCS. Joel plans to become a BCIS graduate, attaining a high level of recognition on the way – and what a good start he has made! Joel has had a passion for IT since he can remember, upon completion of his qualifications he would like to eventually be a programmer or software developer. An NCC Education qualification was “the best way to pursue his career”. So far it has exceeded Joel’s expectations. He has already learnt much about programming, this practical knowledge will give him a head-start when it comes to applying for jobs. NCC Education have “taught and showed him the road to his career ambitions. The tutors at IPMC have been fantastic. They helped me achieve my dreams through guidance and teaching.” Hard work and determination have helped Joel become a high achiever; he would suggest this to anyone who is striving for the best.
Aisha Siddiq
Aisha was awarded with an NCC Education Global High Achiever award for IDB. The primary reason for choosing this course being that Aisha could gain a British Education through her local centre LearnIT in Tanzania. Aisha has already started her IADB programme. Aisha feels that the NCC Education assessments “help me broaden my knowledge and apply what has been learnt practically, making me more competent in the business world.” The modules in the IDB programme are specific, yet cover a many aspects necessary to move forward in the business industry.
“The best thing about being a high achiever is that hard work is paid off, it is also an excellent motivational tool to help me do better.”
These awards will help provide a solid foundation for our
students' futures. As well as gifts, certificates and plaques we
reward our winners by publishing their names on Campus.
All Regional and Global High Achievers have the chance to send in
an article about themselves and their award ceremony.
Student Awards are given 4 times a year, following the
publication of exam results.
