Master's in Business Administration (top-up) (distance learning)
The MBA is the leading internationally recognised qualification for practising managers. This is a part-time/distance learning programme designed as a top-up to the MBA for holders of the NCC Education Level 7 Diploma in Business Management.
The programme has been designed to enhance the knowledge and skills developed during previous postgraduate business or management study. As a master’s programme, the course is demanding both in terms of the rigour and associated workload and so will require commitment and dedication from participants.
The MBA enables participants to consider issues in an organisation-wide or total business context and is designed to build on learning from previous postgraduate study in business and management. The online learning environment supports distance learning of the two modules Critical issues in Business (10 credits) and the Business Research Project (50 credits).
The University of Northampton offer start dates in February and September for this programme which combines excellent generalist management teaching and learning with highly valuable additional recognition, qualifications and activities. Entry requirements for the course are the completion of the NCC Education Level 7 Diploma in Business Management (L7DBM) qualification, two years’ relevant work experience and IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
