About The University
Southern Cross University is a vibrant, contemporary Australian university with campuses at the Gold Coast, Lismore and Coffs Harbour. The University operates The Hotel School Sydney in partnership with Mulpha Australia and expanded its operations with a new Sydney branch campus.
In the Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) 2012 national report, Southern Cross University was given the classification of ‘well above world standard’ in six areas. ERA is a federal government initiative, developed by the Australian Research Council (ARC), to assess research quality within Australia’s higher education institutions.
Southern Cross University welcomes students from more than 50 countries studying undergraduate and postgraduate courses in an inspiring and supportive learning environment. Courses are delivered across a broad range of disciplines, and are designed in consultation with industry. Many involve work placements and internships and other forms of hands-on learning to produce work-ready graduates. Southern Cross University collaborates with other international institutions in the delivery of courses in China, Singapore, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

How to Apply
Southern Cross University accepts applications through its Education Agents, E-Applications or paper-based application. Where your application is sent, will depend on the country you are from and the campus you choose.
Complete your International Application for Admission form and attach all supporting documents to avoid delays including:
I. Certified copy of academic transcripts (including grading system)
II. English language test results (eg. IELTS, TOEFL or other)
III. Academic or employer references (if required)
IV. Advanced Standing application (if relevant)
Advanced Standing refers to previous study or work experience, which may reduce the duration of a degree. Remember to apply for advanced standing at the time of application as the credit will determine the study plan. www.scu.edu.au/advancedstanding
