The University of Gloucestershire is located in the South West of England, only two hours from London and one hour from other major cities in the UK like Bristol and Birmingham.

The University of Gloucestershire has approximately 1,380 rooms in halls of residence in Cheltenham and Gloucester. Rooms are furnished with all the essentials. The kitchens are communal and include a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle and cupboards. There is also on-site laundry facilities and regular bus services running between campuses and residences.
