New Progression Opportunities for NCC Education Students Studying Through Quill Learning

NCC Education acknowledges the recent collaboration between Quill Learning and Singapore Polytechnic International (SPI), which may provide new academic progression opportunities for students studying NCC Education qualifications through QUILL’s accredited centres.

Although NCC Education is not a signatory to the agreement, the developments outlined within the partnership have the potential to support learners who wish to explore international study routes and applied learning options.

Under the collaboration, Quill Learning and SPI intend to make Singapore Polytechnic’s educational offerings more accessible across the regions where Quill operates.

For NCC Education students, this may increase awareness of recognised pathways into applied learning and technical education programmes taught within Singapore’s respected polytechnic system.

The cooperation also includes the exploration of new co‑branded certifications and training opportunities combining SPI’s academic expertise with Quill Learning’s international delivery network. These initiatives aim to broaden the learning options available to students, enabling them to enhance their skills alongside their NCC Education studies and prepare them for further academic progression.

An additional element of the collaboration is the potential use of Quill Learning’s accredited centres as local venues for Singapore Polytechnic entrance examinations and admission‑related activities subjected to the approval of Singapore Polytechnic’s guidelines.

If implemented, this development would offer greater convenience for learners, including NCC Education students who wish to sit for entrance assessments (subject always to NCC Education requirements and standards) without the need to travel internationally.

A further focus of the collaboration is supporting the recognition of NCC Education qualifications as valid entry credentials for Singapore Polytechnic. Quill Learning may identify high‑achieving NCC Education learners who demonstrate readiness to apply for diploma‑level study. SPI may provide guidance related to admission processes and entry requirements to support learners considering this route.

NCC Education welcomes initiatives undertaken by accredited centres and partners that expand progression opportunities for learners.

While NCC Education is not directly involved in this collaboration, the organisation acknowledges that Quill Learning’s collaboration with Singapore Polytechnic International may present valuable options for students studying through Quill centres who are seeking international progression pathways.

Students enrolled in NCC Education programmes at Quill Learning who are interested in exploring potential pathways linked to Singapore Polytechnic are encouraged to contact their centre coordinator or consult updates available through official NCC Education and Quill Learning communication channels.
