Based in Bangalore, India, Nettur Technical Training Foundation is now accredited to deliver a range of NCC Education qualifications.
Dr Heinrich Hellstern Director of HEKS, a Swiss Inter-Church Aid, opened the centre’s doors in 1959. Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) as it is known today, was established in 1963. The institution is a hub, providing technical support and knowledge transfer from Swiss industry and training institutions.
NTTF strives to be the best institution in technical training and education and to develop the most sought-after students.
Over the years the foundation has delivered technical training, continually adapting itself to suit the needs of society across India. NTTF takes part in many CSR activities, collaborating with both Government and Non-Government agencies working towards creating a sustainable livelihood for society.
The centre’s goal is to ensure that students graduate with a qualification that is valuable and recognised by employers. The skills the students gain upon graduating, enable them to flourish in the workplace.
Qualifications offered
Level 3 Diploma in Computing (L3DC)
The NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Computing (L3DC) is an Ofqual-regulated qualfication. It is a general qualification that introduces the field of computing and equips students to show key transferable study skills, mathematical competency, and an understanding of the essential concepts of IT and practical computing skills.
Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC)
The NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification makes up the first year of a Computing/ IT degree pathway. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system.
Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC)
The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification (with specialisms) makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey and builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) or the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing with Business Management (L4DC BM), exposing students to greater detail and more advanced topics in a range of areas including database development, information systems analysis, network security and cryptography.

The Level 4 Diploma in Computing (with Business Management) (L4DC BM)) (previously the Level 4 Diploma in Business Information Technology (L4DBIT)) makes up the first year of the NCC Education degree journey. The BSc (Hons) Business Computing and Information Systems Top-up Degree is delivered online by NCC Education, validated and awarded by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). This programme has been designed to prepare students for employment in the IT sector.
