I declare that the information contained in this application form is correct to the best of my knowledge and understand that any false statement or omission may result in my application being withdrawn. Any information provided will be stored in electronic and manual format and processed in accordance with NCC Education and the University of Central Lancashire procedures.
I understand that NCC Education will be responsible for communicating directly with students regarding registration deadlines and payment/outstanding payment issues on the said programme.
I understand that once my registration has been confirmed all fees paid are non-refundable or transferable. In the event of my expulsion due to misconduct, all fees previously paid are also non-refundable.
I agree to abide by the regulations, terms and conditions, code of conduct and requirements of a student on the said programme, determined by NCC Education and stated in the Programme Handbook.
I understand this is an online programme and as a requirement to pass the course I am expected to engage in weekly scheduled online participation, as well as independent study. I agree to travel at my own expense to an NCC Education-nominated examination venue to take the assessment(s) in respect of the Programme. NCC Education will provide the Student with the venue address and relevant assessment information. NCC Education reserves the right to charge an administrative fee to cover the cost of any additional third-party exam invigilation venues if the residency details of the Student change from those detailed in Appendix A of this application form throughout the duration of the Programme.
NCC Education reserves the right to make decisions regarding my application for the above mentioned programme according to the regulations stated in the Programme Handbook.
I confirm I have read and understand NCC Education’s Privacy Statement and confirm my acceptance of this document. I authorise NCC Education to pass all information contained within this application form and supporting documents to the University of Central Lancashire. If the University of Central Lancashire requires verification of an NCC Education award, I authorise NCC Education to verify the award to the University of Central Lancashire.
