An exemption allows learners to bypass specific modules or units within an NCC Education programme. This recognises their prior qualifications eliminating the need to duplicate learning.

Who Does It Apply To? Who Can Apply for Exemptions?
Exemptions are available to:
• Students with prior qualifications from recognised awarding bodies.
• Candidates with certifications, training, or coursework that align with NCC Education’s module outcomes.
• Professionals with relevant work experience and credentials.

How to Apply for an Exemption?

1. Verify Eligibility: Review the list of pre-approved qualifications for exemptions provided by NCC Education.

If your qualification is not listed, discuss your eligibility with your NCC Education Accredited Partner Centre (APC).

2. Complete the Relevant Form:

For pre-approved qualifications use the AQ_03_Exemption Claim Form
For non-standard cases, use the AQ_04_Non-Standard Exemption Request Form

3. Provide Supporting Documents:

• Certificates and transcripts.
• Programme syllabus, learning outcomes, and hours.
• Sample assessments and regulatory approvals (if required).

4. Submit via Your Centre: Accredited Partner Centres will forward your application and documents to NCC Education for processing.

5. Await Confirmation: NCC Education will review the application and provide a decision. If denied, reasons will be shared.
