Founded in 2019, Avanza Training Academy is a centre of excellence built on the principle of delivering an inspiring, supportive, and caring learning environment for both students and staff. Licensed by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA, Licence № 2019-004), the academy is committed to fostering a collaborative approach to learning, where education is a shared journey between lecturer and student.
Mission and Vision
At the core of Avanza’s philosophy are three guiding values—Inspire, Support, and Care—which shape its approach to education. The academy emphasises empowering students to explore, interpret, and innovate, while ensuring they are supported academically and professionally throughout their learning journey.
Through this new partnership, Avanza Training Academy will deliver the NCC Education Level 7 Diploma in Business Management (L7DBM), providing students with a pathway to the Cardiff Metropolitan University MBA (CMU MBA). This enables learners to complete their MBA progression locally in Malta, while gaining access to internationally recognised qualifications and broader career opportunities.
