Established in 2016, GAPE Academy provides international professional education and higher education pathways for Mongolian learners. The new partnership will expand access to British qualifications in Mongolia and create further opportunities for students to progress to universities around the world.

Expanding access to internationally recognised education in Mongolia

Based in Ulaanbaatar, GAPE Academy has experience delivering preparation programmes for globally recognised professional qualifications, including ACCA, CMA and US CPA.

The Academy reports that it has trained more than 500 students since its establishment and works with 18 qualified instructors. Its professional credentials include ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner status, IMA Silver Course Provider status and an official partnership with Becker.

Alongside its professional education provision, GAPE Academy offers English language courses in IELTS preparation, General English, Business English and English for teenagers. It also provides an international “1+2” degree pathway, through which students study for one year in Mongolia before continuing their education at a partner university in the UK or Australia.

Creating an NCC Education IT pathway for Mongolian students

Through its partnership with NCC Education, GAPE Academy plans to introduce an IT pathway that will give students in Mongolia access to quality-assured British qualifications closer to home.

The Academy has met with the relevant ministry regarding the introduction of NCC Education programmes and expects to begin promoting its new IT pathway ahead of a planned start in early 2027.

NCC Education qualifications are designed to equip learners with relevant academic knowledge and practical skills while supporting progression to further study. The partnership will help GAPE Academy establish clearer international university progression opportunities for students seeking to build careers in the global technology sector.
