This partnership will provide technical assistance and expert consultation to support the initiatives of Pakistani regulatory authorities. This includes training delegations from local educational boards operating in Pakistan to improve the quality standards of local boards and adopting best practices in educational methodologies and regulatory frameworks.
Quote from Professor Peter Ford, Chair of NCC Education:
“At NCC Education, we were honoured to host representatives from IBCC Pakistan, to show them our offices, introduce them to our team, and provide a deeper insight into our Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education studies (IFD) programme.
This MoU is a significant milestone for students in Pakistan wishing to pursue the IFD programme. We are excited to harness this partnership and watch it grow from strength to strength. This collaboration underscores the commitment of both parties to empower students and foster educational excellence in Pakistan.”
In attendance at the signing ceremony were:
Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director IBCC, and Mr. Muhammad Usman Khan Director (Equivalence and Qualifications – IT & Exams)
Peter Ford, Chair of NCC Education
Rebecca Gooch, Director of Quality, Training and Development
Ian Smith, Director of Finance, Corporate Services and HR
Rebecca Bewley, Head of Partnerships

We are eager to see the positive impact this partnership will have on educational standards and student success in Pakistan.
