NCC Education Announce Progression Route with Royal Holloway, University of London

Progression Route to Royal Holloway, University of London

NCC Education are delighted to announce a new progression route to Royal Holloway, University of London, UK.

Opening its doors in 1849, Royal Holloway was founded by Elizabeth Jesser Reid, an English social reformer and Thomas Holloway, an English patent medicine vendor.

The Founder’s building was unveiled by Queen Victoria in 1886 – one of the first institutions in Britain to allow women access to higher education and is still the focal point of the campus today.

In 1900, the colleges became part of the University of London and in 1985 they merged to form what is now known as Royal Holloway.

The university has a diverse international student population, with students from more than 130 countries.

Royal Holloway is ranked in the top 300 universities in the world in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2020 and scores 92.8/100 for international outlook.

Upon completing the Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) students from all streams can apply to a range of undergraduate degree programmes at the university. NCC Education Pre-Master’s in Business (PMB) students are eligible to apply for all postgraduate Business and Management programmes*.

Head of Partnerships at NCC Education, Dermot Finnigan, says: “We are delighted to inform students and Accredited Partner Centres that Royal Holloway, University of London, will accept applications from L3IFDHES and PMB students.”

Royal Holloway’s Head of Admissions and Applicant Services, Marc Carter, comments: “We are very happy with the high quality of this qualification and look forward to welcoming applications to Royal Holloway in the future.”

*To apply to an undergraduate or postgraduate programme at Royal Holloway, applicants must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5. Offers will be made on a case by case basis, subject to minimum entry requirements.
