NCC Education are delighted to announce an endorsement from the Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council (BDNAC).
BDNAC have endorsed and accredited the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) as a bridging qualification for students to enrol onto the 1st year of a bachelor’s degree course locally and internationally.
BDNAC was established in 1990 by decree of His Majesty, The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
The purpose of the Council is to ensure the quality standards of educational programmes consistent with the provisions set out by the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
The Council is comprised of ten sub-committees who evaluate qualifications and then make recommendations to the Council in areas such as:
- Accountancy and Management
- Communications
- Education
- Engineering and Architecture
- Environmental Sciences
- Islamic Religious Studies
- Medicine
- Law
- Military
- Info-Communication Technology
The Council’s role is to evaluate the status and quality of qualifications offered by both local and overseas institutions.
The mission of the Council is to uphold the quality and standards of educational programmes. The evaluation process and assessment criteria are aligned with national priorities.

This was possible through the support of our Accredited Partner Centre, HADTech College in Brunei.
“We look forward to providing Brunei students an international degree pathway across various disciplines through our Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies.”
