Founded in 2006, Brit College is a well-respected independent higher education provider known for its academic excellence and community focus. We are committed to promoting access to higher education and believe it’s a powerful tool for personal and professional development. Our mission is to be a leading provider of skills development for underserved communities. We offer innovative and tailored learning programmes to equip individuals with the knowledge and qualifications they need to succeed.
Located in East London, near Canary Wharf, Brit College is especially welcoming to mature learners who may have previously missed out on higher education. We believe education is key to tackling social and economic inequality, and we’re passionate about removing barriers to learning. We are dedicated to reaching those who may not have had the opportunity for higher education. Qualifications offered

The NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification makes up the first year of a Computing/ IT degree pathway. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system.

The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification (with specialisms) makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey and builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) or the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing with Business Management (L4DC BM), exposing students to greater detail and more advanced topics in a range of areas including database development, information systems analysis, network security and cryptography.

The BEng (Hons) Software Engineering Top-Up degree is delivered online by Western International College Online (WINC) and provides progression from NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing.
This final year top-up degree is awarded by the University of Bolton.
