Francophone English Club (FESC)

Francophone English Club (FESC), established in June 2016, is a leading professional training centre located in Bamako Magnabougou, Mali, specialising in English language instruction. We are dedicated to preparing learners to succeed in English-speaking environments, contributing to regional development and fostering African integration in line with the objectives of the African Union and ECOWAS.  

FESC is proud to partner with Excellence Language Academy (ELA) in Accra, Ghana. Established in 2004, ELA is recognised by the Ghana Ministry of Education and accredited by the London Centre of Marketing, which strengthens the quality and scope of our programmes. Through this partnership, we ensure that our students benefit from high-calibre English education and professional development opportunities.  

With over 30,000 students trained, FESC has a proven track record in education and community outreach. Our bilingual team of ten professionals brings significant expertise gained from delivering training across Mali, Guinea, Burkina Faso, and Ghana. We are committed to providing personalised learning plans tailored to each student’s individual goals, with lessons delivered by qualified instructors, all native English speakers.
