London College of Business Studies is first and foremost an academic establishment. The college offers BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business, Diploma in Education and Training as well as a number of programmes at Level 3 including Functional Skills qualifications. In the past, the College has also delivered qualifications at postgraduate level, accredited through Pearson, and recruited students from all over the world. The College has enabled over 10,000 students to achieve Higher Education Qualifications. To support this, we focus on small class sizes led by qualified tutors with both academic and practical business and commercial experience. With a broad range of students and staff from many different countries, we are also a multi-cultural, multi-faith establishment and we believe that this is a beneficial context for both academic and personal growth. Tolerance, understanding and communication are therefore central to everyday life at the College. Our policies are designed to ensure that no applicant or student receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or philosophical belief, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status or on any other unlawful basis. We will ensure that students are accepted and taught on the basis of their relevant aptitudes, skills and abilities.
The College’s mission is to contribute to the worldwide community through the pursuit of high-quality yet affordable education and learning and to strive to achieve a high level of excellence and performance for its learners.
