Created a few years ago, the International University of Applied Technical Sciences and Management (UISTAM) is a local university that meets society’s needs. Its major assets: are multidisciplinary, innovation and research. Based in the commune of Cocody, UISTAM is a key player in the development, vitality and academic influence of Ivory Coast.
UISTAM is a higher education establishment which aims to train the Leaders of Tomorrow. Founded by DR. Moustapha Ben Ismaïla DIABY, then Approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Côte d’Ivoire in November 2019, UISTAM was able to quickly develop a demanding and high-level training offer that meets the criteria of employability defined by the supervisory Ministry. Made up of permanent staff, experts, business and public administration practitioners, and renowned academics (in Ivory Coast or abroad), the UISTAM faculty contributes daily to the academic excellence of programs and the strengthening of vision, an essential profession for training operational managers. These teachers are recognized specialists in their field of knowledge: economic worlds, professional relations and employment, analysis of the State and public action.
Furthermore, its teachings and academic initiatives have placed it at the heart of a vast network of international relations which allows it to exchange, cooperate and innovate with numerous universities around the world, thus creating an extensive network of Partner universities: Bordeaux Montaigne University (France), NETKENT University (Turkey), ECLAIR Institute (Ivory Coast), CADY AYYAD University (Morocco), Hamed Baba Private University (Mali) etc.
UISTAM has set itself the objective of an efficient integration rate by 2025 for its Training and Research units: 92% in Law-Economics-Management, 90% in Economic and Political Sciences, 90% in Sciences-Technologies, 97% in Technology and IT, 90% in communication and journalism, 90% in Agricultural Sciences.

Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES)
The NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. It is a pre-university qualification developed by UK academics to help you progress successfully to undergraduate study.
Level 3 Diploma in Computing (L3DC)
The NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Computing (L3DC) is an Ofqual-regulated qualfication. It is a general qualification that introduces the field of computing and equips students to show key transferable study skills, mathematical competency, and an understanding of the essential concepts of IT and practical computing skills.
Level 3 Diploma in Business (L3DB)
The NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Business (L3DB) is regulated by Qualification Wales (QiW). It is an Applied General qualification which allows candidates to demonstrate key transferable study skills, mathematical competency and applied cultural understanding, particularly in the context of international business, as well as a grounding in the essential concepts of business and economics.
Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB)
The NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB) is a regulated qualification. It makes up the first year of the NCC Education Business Degree journey. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of a business degree in the UK university system.
Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB)
The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB) is a regulated qualification. The qualification makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey and builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB), exposing students to greater detail and more advanced topics in a range of areas including economics, marketing, finance and management.
BSc (Hons) Business Management (Top-Up)
The BSc (Hons) Business Management top-up degree is delivered online by Western International College Online (WINC) and provides progression from NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business. This final-year top-up degree is awarded by the University of Bolton.
The programme aims to build upon the Business Management knowledge gained at Level 4 and 5 and enhance students’ professional skills, preparing them for the global business world. It also provides students with the opportunity to develop specialist business expertise across different areas.
