About the University
Part of the multinational Knowledgucate Group of Institutions, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, University of Bolton Academic Centre Ras Al Khaimah (UOBRAK) was first established in 2008 and is licenced by RAKEZ – Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone.
Operating out of a 42,000 square foot facility, the UOBRAK campus houses classrooms, lecture halls, a library, office space and engineering and computing laboratories.
As well as excellent in-person facilities, students have access to all the online resources available to students studying at the University of Bolton home campus, such as e-books, e-journals, academic databases as well as study skills, academic and personal development support.
Beyond academics, a long-established and active Student Council ensures students enjoy a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular activities.
With extensive affiliations to leading UK professional bodies such as ACCA, IEEE, ICE, CMI and more, programmes at the University of Bolton Academic Centre Ras Al Khaimah are not only academically robust but also aligned with global industry standards. UOBRAK has strong industry connections with over 125 regional employers and engages actively with notable organisations like IWAM, RTA, DEWA, and Expo 2020, creating unparalleled opportunities for its students.
How to Apply
Upon completing the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies, students are welcome to apply a range of undergraduate degrees in Engineering, Computing, Business, Law and Psychology*.
Furthermore, a range of subject-specific progression and articulation routes are available to students taking the NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Computing, NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing, NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing, NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Business, NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business, NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business and NCC Education Level 7 Diploma in Business Management*.
