Payment Information
All fees are stated exclusive of VAT and bank charges, which will be charged and payable where applicable. Once we have received your application a member of the team will email you with the following information:
- a unique application reference number
- confirmation of the appropriate fees to be paid in order for NCC Education to process the application
- instructions on how to arrange payment
NCC Education cannot produce any documentation until funds have cleared in our account. Payments can take between 10 to 12 working days to clear and therefore it is important that you allow for this timeframe when requesting any documentation. Once the payment has cleared please allow 3 to 5 working days for the certificate to be produced. Depending on which delivery service you opt for appropriate transit times must also to be taken into account. Additional time must be allowed for the delivery of your documentation if you choose a slower delivery method, such as standard postal services. Please note that all service charges are non-refundable and all bank charges must be covered by the applicant.

NCC Education is registered as required under Data Protection legislation, and we will only process your personal information carefully and lawfully, and in line with the principles set out in the legislation. We will only share your details within the company, with our Accredited Partner Centres and with University Partners, for the purpose of providing our educational services to you. We will not share your details with any other third parties unless we have your explicit consent. Your details will be stored on our secure servers.
