Ngai Fong
Chief Executive Officer
Having spent 25 years in the administrative service of the Hong Kong Government, Mr
Fong acquired a wide range of experience and expertise in various sectors including
social welfare, culture and the arts, labour and manpower, trade and investment, as well
as healthcare policies and services. He was posted to the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London responsible for promoting the bilateral relations between Hong
Kong and the United Kingdom and Eastern Europe in the late 1990s. Between 2011
and 2015, he was the Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in
Singapore, looking after the bilateral trade, investment and cultural relations between
Hong Kong and ASEAN countries. In the last six years, he was the Deputy Secretary
for Health in charge of healthcare manpower training and development, private
hospitals development and regulation, voluntary health insurance scheme, mental
health policy, healthcare technology in genomic medicine and advanced therapy
products.

Martin Buck
Director of Quality, Academics and Development
Martin completed a CELTA in English Language Teaching with Leeds Beckett University, a PGCE in Further and Higher Education with Manchester Metropolitan University and a master's degree in Adult Literacy with Lancaster University.
Outside of work I’m a keen cyclist and have completed some of the UK’s iconic challenges, such as Land’s End to John o’ Groats and the North Coast 500. I also enjoy spending time with family and good friends.

Rebecca Bewley
Head of Partnerships
Rebecca has a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Manchester. She has over five years of experience in Sales and has a strong customer service background. In her role she supports the Business Development Team and our Accredited Partner Centres.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking – she has completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks. She also loves cooking, and spending time with her partner and her rescue dog, Nova.

Sheetal Choraria
Director of Global Business Development
With extensive experience in the education and technology industry, Sheetal leads the sales and marketing strategy of NCC Education, driving growth and ensuring the organization's continued success
Outside of work, she is a full-time parent of an 8yr old who constantly challenges her IQ with “why and how” questions! She loves traveling and targets to visit at least one new country every year.

Steven Bettoni
IT Support Manager
Steve has over two decades of IT experience in both the public and private sector and in consultancy and management roles. He holds Microsoft, Novell and CompTIA certifications in Server Infrastructure, Networking, Desktop Support and ITIL.
Outside of work Steve enjoys watching football, cooking, and plane spotting!
