    The programme has an international context with the aim of preparing students for the global nature of modern business practice. The syllabus has an emphasis on real world experience which is informed by the latest research and global practices. This degree programme provides the opportunity to develop specialize business expertise as it covers a variety of subject areas.

    It will enable students to develop skills such as team work, communication and time management, all essential for the workplace along with an appreciation for self-evaluation and reflection. Regardless of the industry students intend to pursue careers in, the BSc (Hons) Business Management Top-Up programme will provide graduates with a critical understanding of the problems and challenges facing organisations worldwide and equip them with the analytical and complex problem solving skills required to identify and articulate potential solutions.

    Applicants who have successfully completed 2 years of study at a university can also be considered for direct entry with advanced standing. Other equivalent qualifications may be accepted for entry to this programme, subject to consideration by WINC Online and the University of Bolton.

  • Units comprise of weekly video lectures, tutorial exercises, discussion forums and live chat sessions with subject experts which will be accessed through WINC Virtual Learning Environment. Students will have the opportunity to interact with other students from around the world

  • Students study five core units to achieve a total of 120 credits:

    International HRM – 20 credits

    E-Commerce and Contemporary Marketing Practice – 20 credits

    Logistics and Operations Management – 20 credits

    Dissertation – 40 credits
